From medical look to the pshychoanalyst hearing

Abstract

In this essay, I try to interpret, from a critical analysis, the step of the episteme of medical look to the episteme of the hearing of the psychoanalysis. It is a reading rested on thought of Michel Foucault, Raymond de Saussure, Jean Clavreul, Sigmund Freud, Jacques Lacan, Hans-Georg Gadamer and few others. It allows thinking about an historical tradition of medical speech, from Hipocrates to the present day and its goal is to hush the suffering of the body, but that excludes of its knowledge that men and women are sexed bodies and they talk.
