It is an academic publication in electronic format, specialized in humanities, social sciences and arts. Its semiannual edition is the responsibility of the Scientific Research Coordination of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, with the purpose of encouraging scientific academic production in these distinctive areas of our university.

The texts sent to Dicere are subjected to a double-blind evaluation procedure that guarantees the quality of content and academic relevance. The reception of collaboration proposals is permanent on the magazine's OJS site.
