Consequences of violence in the teaching-learning process of children and teens in Michoacán
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article examines the human reality that minors live when they live in a family that uses violence as daily treatment; as well as the implications it has in the teaching-learning process. The graphs in the article allow a comparison of the cases of complaint for family violence of the years 2019 and 2020 at the national level. At the respective state level, a comparison of lawsuits presented to the judiciary of the state of Michoacán is carried out regarding custody and custody trials of minors corresponding to the various judicial districts of the state. It is argued that violence causes damage to the behavior and self-esteem of minors, causing disorders that —in many cases— are a behavioral part of their lives.
