For the foundation of a clever thought

The question for the foundation is the first and main task that must be solved by every philosophy that prides itself on such name. Traditionally, the problem of the foundations of philosophy has comprised the topic of the construction of a philosophical System. Spinoza and Fichte have presented this question about the System more clearly in modernity. Despite their differences in presentation, both authors conceive the Idea of System still within the Aristotelian linear Logic in which the propositional copulative frame of Subject and Predicate underlies as Substance and Qualities. But today we are aware that there is an interpretation derived from a circular frame. This structure is noncopulative as the one specified in the formula “S is P”, but operational, combinatorial or functional, that is provided by the developments in structural linguistics or the modern mathematics at the basis of the mathematical logic of Boole, Frege, Russell, etc. Following this Idea we may declare that, instead of rejecting definitively every attempt of systematic foundation —which may take us to the nihilism of many postmodernists—, we here propose a deep renewal of what is to be understood by foundation principles in relation to Spinoza and Fichte.
