E-Government. Analysis of local governments in the States of Michoacán, México

Abstract
The purpose of this document is to determine the level of electronic government in the mu- nicipalities of the state of Michoacán, Mexico. The methodology used consists of processing information from the Censo Nacional de Go- biernos Municipales y Delegacionales 2017 of the Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geo- grafía (INEGI), which allowed the generation of a Municipal Electronic Government Index (IGEM) for each of the municipalities.
