Rural corporations in Mexico

Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to provide a summary of the most relevant features of agrarian corporations regulated by the Agrarian Law, both in its Fourth Title, which typifies legal entities in agrarian law, and in the Sixth Title, which refers to commercial and civil corporations acquiring agricultural, livestock, and forestry lands. Additionally, solidarity societies regulated by the Solidarity Societies Law and the applicable fiscal regime will be analyzed.
