The Mincer model and the wage gap by genre in Mexico

Abstract
The objective of this research is to know the wage gap by gender in Mexico, where there should not be a wage difference determined by sex. The methodology used for this research is the Mincer model, with which it is sought to know which is the gender that obtains the highest income. The results showed that there are wage differences by sex in favor of men and around 45% of these inequalities are linked to discrimination, a subject that has been studied in recent years.
