Gegebenheit y Donation: two modes of phenomenological dation

Marion’s critique of Husserl. Agreements and disagreements

Abstract

The author analyzes the concept of the philosopher Jean-Luc Marion on the Gegebenheit (dation) of the Husser´s phenomenology, from which his subsequent category will develop of donation. For it, Marion toughens the notion husserliana of that the phenomena appear as «dations» up to they are conceiving as «donations». The donation will be fundamental in the philosophical corpus of Marion, who tries to demonstration that his separation with Husserl. Nevertheless, the author considers that in spite of the distance claimed by Marion, his critique to Husserl not conducing to the projected separation, since coincidences exist between both authors with regard to the problem of the dation.
